Brandon Dilliard, Executive Director
Brandon Dillard is a Miami University graduate. After working in the Communications field for numerous years, he felt a calling to change careers. As an unexpected caregiver to a close family member for many years until her passing, he saw there was a need for ethical, compassionate, reliable caregivers. This stirred a passion in him to assist people, specifically people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. To learn the field at all levels and to ensure he was qualified as a caregiver, he became a Direct Support Professional. With over ten thousand hours of service to others, he witnessed even more gaps in care. For three years, he worked side by side with Julian Bates and witnessed his dedication and compassion for individuals.

Julian Bates’ journey of working in the field of developmental disabilities began in 2014. While pursuing a BA at the University of Cincinnati, he served his community by working for an organization that specialized in the care of children and adults with severe to profound developmental disabilities, including medically fragile individuals. He grew a passion for serving individuals with developmental disabilities and advocating for those who could not speak for themselves. He became the Program Manager and focused on community living options. Under this umbrella, he assured the health and safety for those served living in the community. After many years of service, he became the Director of Operations for an agency providing supported living.
